In addition to the visit of Paestum Temples and Archaeological Museum, you will make a visit of Pompeii and Vesuvius.
First stop will be Mount Vesuvius, one of the most famous volcanoes in the world.
We will arrive by coach till 1000 meters and then we will continue on foot to the top, where we can enjoy the beautiful overlooking on Naples' bay.
In the afternoon the group will reach Pompeii, one of the most famous archaeological sites, buried by the Vesuvius during the eruption in 79 AD.
An unique place and without time that transmits some particular emotions.
Only who has had the fortune to visit it can fully understand the charm, the magic and the greatness of these places.

Program

DAY 1 - ARRIVAL TO PAESTUM
Arrival to Paestum directly to the hotel;
Accommodation in room;
Dinner and overnight at the hotel;

DAY 2 - PAESTUM
Morning: breakfast in hotel.
Guided visit to the ancient site of Paestum, VI b.C.
See the impressive Temple of Poseidon, the Basilica, Amphitheatre, Athenian.
Later spend some time in the National Archaeological Museum adjacent to the site.
Free time for lunch;
Afternoon: time at your disposal;
Dinner and overnight at the hotel;

DAY 3 - VESUVIUS/POMPEII
Morning: breakfast at the hotel.
Departure, from your hotel in Paestum towards the Vesuvius, by client's car.
Arrival at Vesuvius car parking (altitude 1000 m) and continued on foot to the summit (1280 metres altitude).
Guided visit of the crater. Back to the car parking and continued to Pompeii.
Free time for lunch in Pompeii;
Afternoon: meeting with the guide for visiting Pompeii archaeological site, covered by the Vesuvius in 79 a.C.
We will visit the Forum, the Amphitheatre and all the most interesting points of Pompeii.
Back to Paestum.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel;


DAY 4 - DEPARTURE
Morning: breakfast at the hotel and departure;
End of all services;
