You'll be welcome by an assistant of my team at your hotel or apartment or in a coffee-shop in the city center of Florence.
The meeting place will be decided at the moment of the reservation. My assistant will accompain you and your family or friends to the museum you have chosen in the options.
If you've chosen the "Firenze Card", you can ask the assistant to be accompained at the first museum of your tours.

What To Expect

Depending of the time of the visit, you'll meet the assistant at least 40 minutes before it. Meeting place in your hotel's lobby with the assistant.
If you have chosen the Firenze cards, the assistant will help you to get all the information, even the opening time of the museums and some suggestions about from which the museums to start and which are the more comfortable times for other museums, in order to skip the crowds.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Only adults will pay the Firenze Cards. Children and Youth until 18 years old will be included for free. If you've chosen the Uffizi's Gallery or the Accademia's, remember that your entrance time will start from the time fixed + 15 minutes.
Example: you've booked at 10 am, in your tickets you can read: entrance between 10:00 and 10:15 am. That means "skip-the-line". You can decide the entrance time you'll prefere, for these 2 options. We'll decide together which can be the best moment for you to meet my assistant.

Hotel pick-up is offered for this tour.

Note: if you are booking within 24 hours of the tour/activity departure time, we cannot guarantee hotel pick-up. Once your purchase is complete, we will send you complete contact information (phone number, email address, etc.) for our local operator to organize pick-up arrangements.

*Dress code is smart casual

*A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements, in case we'll get inside the Cathedral or other curches.

*A minimum of 2 people per booking is required except Firenze Card If your booking is with kids under 18 years old, you're pleased to take their passports with you

*Child rate applies only when sharing with 2 paying adults for Uffizi and Accademia options

*Firenze Card:Free admission for those under 18 years of age who are members of the same family unit of the Firenzecard holder.

*Firenze Card: The entrance of the dome of the Duomo is included but the reservation is mandatory. Please inform me at the time of booking when you want to climb the dome.

*This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate
