Program the Park of 5 Terre is one of the most beautiful landscapes of our Riviera. Five villages perched on the blue sea, many paths that join them through cliffs and farmed strips, behind green terraces cultivated with olive trees and grapevines, as a result of the agricultural work carried out by farmers over centuries. Today the 5 Terre are the smallest Italian national park, but the protected area also includes the marine reserve along the coast. A one-day-trip where history meets nature: trekking along one of the most spectacular paths of the park and visit of the famous seaside villages: from Manarola – Vineyards of Volastra – Corniglia
 morning: crossing of the hillside between Corniglia and Volastra among farmhouses and vineyards to discover the hidden world of agriculture of the 5 Terre. Besides the classic blue path overlooking the sea, the sea slope of 5 Terre is full of tracks passing through the fascinating and secret rural world made by farmhouses, strips of vineyards and shrines. The route from Manarola goes exploring this landscape climbing to the village of Volastra with its sanctuary of our Lady of Health from which you reach the tiny settlement of Porciano (the most dramatic stretch, where the vineyards seem to "jump into the sea''). The descent to Corniglia will reserve to us beautiful views over the village.
 Time at leisure to have picnic lunch along the way – (on request lunch at a typical restaurant, extra)
 afternoon: we will continue the visit of 5 Terre, reaching Vernazza or Riomaggiore by train and back to Manarola
