Day 1:

ARRIVAL/COSENZA
Arrival at hotel in Cosenza, check-in and room accommodation. Time for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 2:

COSENZA
Breakfast at hotel. Guided tour of Cosenza, the small "Athens of Calabria", founded in the IV sec. B.C by the Bruzi. From Corso Mazzini with the MAB, Open Air Museum that includes works by Dalì, Cascella, De Chirico, Manzù, Modigliani, Rotella and others, Piazza dei Bruzi, "Cosenza Vecchia", medieval village, Church of San Domenico, Piazza Valdesi, Corso Telesio, "Piazza Grande", the Cathedral, the Rendano Theatre, the Swabian-Norman Castle. Close to the confluence between the two rivers (Crati and Busento), lunch based on typical dishes. Return to the hotel and overnight.

Day 3:

COSENZA/PAOLA/DIAMANTE
Breakfast at hotel. Spirituality and landscapes, art and flavors all condensed in a day along the Tyrrhenian Cosentine. Paola: Sanctuary of San Francesco di Paola; the cloister, the rose garden of the Saint, the hermitage of San Francesco, the "area of the Miracles", the source of the "cucchiarella", the Furnace, the Devil’s Bridge. Terme Luigiane; the finger of the Devil. The "Rock of the Queen". Lunch in the restaurant. Diamante: tasting chili, walk in the historic center: the murals, the Church of the Immaculate Conception, the Church of San Giuseppe, the Church of Madonna dei Fiori. Parc La Valva: Chili pepper Academy. Return to the hotel, overnight.

Day 4:

DEPARTURE/COSENZA
Breakfast at hotel, time for a walk and shopping. Check-out. End of services
