Day 1:

ARRIVAL/COSENZA
Arrival at the hotel in Cosenza, room accommodation and relax. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight.

Day 2:

COSENZA/CAMIGLIATELLO/SILA NATIONAL PARK/COSENZA
Breakfast at the hotel. "Sila National Park": stop at a farm for a short visit and tasting of the ice cream "at Km Zero". The Park: Visitor Center Dome, wildlife observatories, Museum, Geological Garden, the Botanical Garden. Camigliatello Silano: lunch at the "Farmer’s Market". Walk in the village. On the way back, along the ss106 Silana stop to a prestigious Bakery, tasting of sweet treats and a regenerating coffee. Return to the hotel and overnight.

Day 3:

COSENZA/SIBARI/ROSSANO/COSENZA
Breakfast in Hotel. Sibari: visit Archaeological Park, visit at the Museum of Sibaritide. Rossano Scalo: visit "Liquorice Museum", tasting. Lunch based on typical local products. Return to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 4:

COSENZA (Guided Walking Tour)/COSTA degli DEI
Breakfast at the hotel. Guided tour of Cosenza, the small "Athens of Calabria", founded in the IV century BC. by the Bruzi. From Corso Mazzini with the MAB, Open Air Museum that includes works by Dalì, Cascella, De Chirico, Manzù, Modigliani, Rotella and others, Piazza dei Bruzi, "Cosenza Vecchia", medieval village, Church of San Domenico, Piazza Valdesi, Corso Telesio, "Piazza Grande", the Cathedral, the Rendano Theatre, the Swabian-Norman Castle. Close to the confluence between the two rivers (Crati and Busento), lunch based on typical dishes. In the afternoon departure to the Costa degli Dei. At the arrival check-in at the hotel and room accommodation. Overnight.

Day 5:

COSTA DEGLI DEI/PIZZO CALABRO/COSTA DEGLI DEI
Breakfast at the hotel. Pizzo Calabro: Tasting of the "Truffle of Pizzo". Walk in the historic village that houses the "Murat Castle" (entrance not included). Return to the hotel and overnight.

Day 6:

COSTA DEGLI DEI/BORGO DI TROPEA/COSTA DEGLI DEI
Breakfast in Hotel. Tropea, the "Pearl of the Tyrrhenian". With the local guide, guided tour of the historic village. Free time for lunch and a walk. In the afternoon, return to the hotel and overnight.

Day 7:

COSTA DEGLI DEI/ SPILINGA/CAPO VATICANO/SANTA DOMENICA DI RICADI/COSTA DEGLI DEI
Breakfast in the Hotel. Excursion to Costa degli Dei. Spilinga: ancient "Spelunga" (from the Greek land of caves), known for the inimitable 'nduja'. Visit Grotta della Madonna delle Fonti, small church of San Michele. Visit to the company that produces nduja; tasting. Stop at Capo Vaticano. Santa Domenica di Ricadi: ancient village, Church dedicated to Santa Domenica. Return to the hotel dinner and overnight.

Day 8:

PARTENZA/COSTA DEGLI DEI
Breakfast in the hotel, time for a walk on the promenade and shopping for typical products. End of services.
