Walk through Florence's Oltrarno district, a neighbourhood with bohemian vibe full of students, artists and lively culture, and discover through food and wine tastings what makes this city’s cuisine so special and unique within Italy. You will sample typical Tuscan cheeses, Finocchiona - a deliciously fennel-spiced salami, the Florence’s famous Lampredotto (cow stomach sandwich), Tuscan Crostino washed down with a glass of Chianti, the region’s famous wine, and one of the seasonal soups or stews. You will learn how to make Cantucci (Italian biscotti) and will not miss the real Gelato.
